Bill Bird made-to-measure orthopaedic footwear is available at our workshop in the Cotswolds and our clinic in London. Regretfully, we can’t do mail order or home visits because of the precision needed in the fitting.
How long does it take?
As a new client you will need to visit us at least four times during the making process. The first appointment can usually be made within two weeks, however our waiting time for finished shoes can take several months (please ask for an estimated time for completion when you order). Repeat orders can often be completed more quickly.
At the moment our order book is very full and we are busier than we have ever been. If you are thinking of having a pair of shoes made by us and need them for a special occasion or by a particular date, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with a time estimation.
What to do now
We see clients at our Cotswolds workshop at 49 Northwick Business Centre, Blockley, Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire GL56 9RF and at our once-fortnightly London Clinic held privately in the calm and comfortable premises of men’s outfitter Grey Flannel, 7 Chiltern Street, London W1.
